Very nice! I just paid it some attention when I took the dogs outside for their last trip before bed.
IN the middle of writing comments to you I checked on what I heard Matt Zafino on KGW call the August full moon. It is the Sturgeon Moon. I clicked my "BlogThis" button in my toolbar to think about the Farmers Almanac description of full moons for later, but didn't click "save as draft" so the darn thing posted....momentarily...when I quickly removed it. But it looks as if Blogger picked it up as a post. I hate that! But I love the full moon. :)
I love when you post pics of Portland. This is the time of year we would visit our son in Portland and I found it to be wonderful. I would forget that it wasn't always 80 degrees and sunny! And I loved walking through all the neighborhoods. He attended PSU so I've probably walked that same hill. Now that he is in Chicago I miss my connection with Portland and must find it vicariously through you. Thank you.

I'm jealous of these pictures. My little camera and unsteady hand preclude getting results like yours.

Great photos. I am especially taken with the middle one.
